This summer, the Jonathan Roze Gallery is bringing together 25 contemporary artists around a single medium: the postcard. Jonathan sent between 3 and 10 postcards to each artist, inviting them to paint, draw or interpret them as they wished.
 
In total, just over 100 postcards, transformed into unique works of art, make up this exhibition.
 
The event provides an opportunity to bring together a wide range of artists from diverse backgrounds. Among them are young talents who have recently graduated from the Fine Arts schools in Rennes, Marseille or Paris, such as Apolline Régent (who received honours in the 2025 intake at the Paris School of Fine Arts and whose work was exhibited at the Mennour Gallery in April-May 2026 as part of the 'Emergences' exhibition), Julie Hostin, Marie Rapinel and Rosalie Maillard (graduates of the Rennes School of Fine Arts), as well as Stéphane Kuntz, Mathilde Jardin and Claire Tea, graduates of the Marseille School of Fine Arts, whose work was brought to Jonathan's attention by another artist, Garance Matton, with whom the gallery had collaborated in Paris in 2020. Matton, now represented by the Sailly Gallery, is a lecturer at the Marseille School of Fine Arts. She shares her studio in Paris with Katarzyna Wiesiolek, who is also featured in the exhibition and is represented in Paris by the Eric Dupont Gallery. 
Garance Matton finally establishes a link between the gallery and another guest artist, Valentine Esteve, who graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2020. The importance of the connection between the artists is further illustrated by the trio of Diane Benoit du Rey, Bruno Gadenne and François Malingrëy, all three of whom met at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg and whom the gallery has had the pleasure of representing for several years. Also featured in the exhibition are other painters well known to collectors: Julien Colombier, Ella & Pitr and Matthieu Pommier.
 
This exhibition also showcases painters already represented by Parisian galleries, notably Hugo Capron (Semiose Gallery), Idir Davaine (Ketabi Gallery), Mario Picardo (Romero Paprocki) and Valentina Canseco (193 Gallery). Jonathan Roze would like to thank each of the galleries mentioned above for their friendly collaboration.
 
Finally, a group exhibition is always an opportunity to shine a spotlight on artists whose work Jonathan Roze has long admired, whether they have previously worked with the gallery or this marks their first collaboration: Louise Janet (the gallery first exhibited her work in 2020 whilst she was in her first year at the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris), Arnaud Adami (a 2023 graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, who is presenting here a work from a new series exploring florists; a series begun in February 2026 at Château La Coste and continued in his current exhibition at the Stance Gallery in Stockholm). Finally, let us mention Olivier Kenneybrew, a young painter from Montpellier who was previously exhibited at Faubourg Saint-Honoré in September 2020; Louis Lanne, whose work the gallery has very recently shown; and Jules Maillard, father of Rosalie Maillard, a multidisciplinary artist whom collectors will have the opportunity to see at the gallery in March 2027 alongside Rosalie's work.
